How billing works

Stated up front, because the alternative is an argument at the end of the month.

✓ You see usage before it is billed. Daily usage, your included volume, and the invoice as it stands today — visible in your account throughout the period, not revealed on an invoice.
✓ Duplicates are not billed as leads. Metering counts inbound work once. A duplicate is not a second lead.
✓ Nothing is charged before you agree to it. Accounts are approved by a person, invoiced on terms you have seen, and paid by ACH or wire. There is no card on file and no automatic renewal charge.
✓ You are told before anything stops. Approaching a limit, an invoice falling due, an account about to pause — each is sent to you and shown in your account. Nothing goes quiet.

Your own address, from day one

You pick your address when you sign up and it works immediately — yourname.alar8.com, with each product on its own path. Point your own domain at us whenever you are ready and certificates are issued and renewed automatically. Nothing you have already given a buyer or an affiliate has to change for that to happen.
